Local Vancouver delivery is available Tuesday through Saturday. Orders over $75 are delivered free within our local zone; otherwise delivery is a flat $8. We’ll send a cheerful tracking note when your box is on its way.

Absolutely. Add your message at checkout or ask the concierge to help you find the right words. We can do sweet, silly, romantic, understated, or “please make this less awkward.”

If something arrives damaged or not quite right, email us within 14 days and we’ll make it right. Because gifts should create smiles, not admin.
